Money is only debited to your account when items are shipped. If the product you have ordered is out of stock, no money will be taken until it is in stock and ready to ship.

If the item is in stock and your order is received by us before 3pm we will ship it out the same day.

In the very rare instance where we are out of stock we would have already ordered new stock. For the new stock to arrive can take anywhere from 7 to 10 days though in some rare occassion it might take bit longer. Wherever possible we will post the expected restock date on the website for each item. We do not take any payment unless the shipment is ready to be despatched.

Once dispatched, your order should take no longer than 1-5 working days to arrive.

Overseas orders can take between 7-14 days, depending on the destination.

Goods can be returned in perfect condition and unopened with all guarantees and documentation within 14 days of receipt. However, these returns will be liable to a £1.35 administration charge to cover original postage costs.
